The Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) position in Danbury, Connecticut involves providing neuro, orthopedic, and general outpatient therapy services.

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• License: Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Experience: Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, one year of outpatient experience, and neuro therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services in neuro, orthopedic, and general outpatient settings
• Ensure treatment plans comply with industry standards and facility policies
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with SOPs and AHA guidelines

Additional Information

• The role may require working two evenings per week, preferably Tuesday and Thursday, with no weekend work
• Must adhere to all applicable clinical standards and facility policies
