About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist patients in achieving independence through therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in South Carolina
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
- Experience in home health or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing score on the national certification exam
- Knowledge of home health regulations and standards
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay
