Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,596 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 20-week position starting August 1, 2026, in Largo, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with OASIS guidelines
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement ADLs, cardiac rehab, edema massage, feeding techniques, splinting, TENS, ultrasound, orthopedic care, prosthetics/orthotics, standardized assessments, joint mobilization, home exercise programs, lifting & transfers, patient/family education, safety & injury prevention
• Conduct telephone follow-ups
• Administer evaluations using appropriate tools
• Prepare and document billing information
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID-19 and flu vaccinations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Occupational Therapy experience required (2 years preferred)
• Must be an independent practitioner with Home Health experience
• OASIS training preferred
• Experience with: Adult OT, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Cardiac rehab, Edema massage, Feeding techniques, Splinting, TENS, Ultrasound, Orthopedics, Prosthetics/Orthotics, Standardized assessments, Joint mobilization, Home Exercise Programs, Lifting & transfers, Patient/Family education, Safety & injury prevention, Telephone follow-up, Evaluation tools, Billing & documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits
• Certified BLS
• Active State Occupational Therapy License HB (3315828)
