About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Largo, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with OASIS standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience (2 years preferred).
- Must have home health experience.
- OASIS training/experience preferred.
- Current State Occupational Therapist License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable personal vehicle for home visits.
- Covid-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
- Flu vaccination or signed declination (mask required if declined).
- Hospital acquired infections (HAI) training.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
- Passing score on the national certification exam.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of OASIS and other relevant healthcare guidelines.
