About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Seattle, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Experience with home health equipment and techniques
- Ability to travel independently
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
Schedule
Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
