Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,550 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting August 3, 2026, in Cumming, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans for acute care patients.
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized treatment programs to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Provides direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment usage.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Supports a wide range of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, orthopedics, and general debility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Georgia licensed Occupational Therapist license.
• One Chart - Cerner Acute Care OT department experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Georgia license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records systems.
