Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,566 per week

About the role

• 10-hour day shifts (07:00 AM – 05:30 PM), 4 days per week, rotating schedule including weekends (2-3 weekends per month)
• Employment type: Travel
• Unit: Rehab Services, 5th floor
• Facility: 175-bed inpatient acute care hospital with 60 therapy providers (PT, OT, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs)
• Patient load: 8-10 patients daily
• EMR: EPIC
• No on-call requirements
• Alaska state fingerprint and background check must be cleared or in provisional status to start

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care setting
• Work independently with a heavy weekend rotation (2-3 weekends per month)
• Adhere to unit guidelines and policies, including weekend rotation requirements

Requirements

• OT Certification (required)
• Acute care experience (required; candidates without this will not be considered)
• Light green scrubs (dress code)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procedures commonly performed in acute care rehab units

Pay

Pay package based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
