Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,566 per week

Travel Occupational Therapist position in San Rafael, California with a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities
• Teach patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities
• Study, evaluate, and record patients' activities and progress

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification
