About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
