Travel Occupational Therapist position in Long Prairie, Minnesota. 60/40 Hospital/Outpatient split. Outpatient includes hands/upper extremity. Hospital includes general rehab. Adults of all ages. Traveler's primary residence must be at least 25 miles away from the facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a 60/40 split between hospital (general rehab) and outpatient (hands/upper extremity) settings
- Treat adult patients of all ages
Requirements
- Active Minnesota OT license
- Epic experience
- BLS certification
- Primary residence must be at least 25 miles away from the facility
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts
