About the role
Join the care team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) in Hayward, CA, where you’ll provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 10/12/2026 and an end date of 01/09/2027. The role involves 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an LTC/SNF setting.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Specific duties will be confirmed during your interview with a recruiter.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license.
- Minimum of 1 year full-time Occupational Therapist experience in LTC/SNF within the last 2 years.
Pay
Weekly gross pay ranges from $2,424 to $2,552 for 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
