Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,536 per week
About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
- Complete accurate OASIS and clinical documentation.
- Manage 6–8 skilled home visits per day.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health PT experience.
- BLS certification required.
- OASIS experience/training preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Covid-19 vaccination (or approved exemption) required.
- Flu vaccination or signed declination required.
