Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Santa Rosa, California.
Responsibilities
- Help patients regain or improve daily skills
- Work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Provide therapy services under supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License to start the assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
5 days per week, 8 hours per shift.
