Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,483 per week

About the role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) according to practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills, along with proficient documentation and communication abilities.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
