Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Colorado.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a home health setting preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for providing therapeutic care in a home setting.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM, 8.00 - 5.00, Duration: 14 weeks.
