Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,467 per week

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning. New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active (or pending) state OT license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Start Date: 12/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours, days.
