Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,446 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring AHA BLS and GA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supporting patients from physician orders throughout the hospital
• Working with a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses including ICU, stroke/neurological, orthopedic, and general debility patients
• Working 8-hour day shifts, schedule varies 8:00am–4:30pm
• Working 5 shifts per week
• Completing 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
• Completing 1 summer holiday shift required
• Charting in Cerner

Requirements

• Active Georgia OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care OT experience
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Driver’s License required for consideration

Qualifications

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible.

Skills

Preferred: Cerner EMR experience should be listed in work history.
