Zack Group is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license and at least 2 years of recent OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• Current Resume
• Active or Pending State License as an OT
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening

Pay

• Highly competitive pay rates
• Based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
