Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license (if applicable).
• Documented experience in acute care and SNF settings.
• Pediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Flu vaccination documentation; personal or medical declinations not accepted.
• Ability to accept blocked scheduling; specific scheduling requests are not permitted.
• Not eligible if previously a permanent employee of Avera or Sanford.
