Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The start date is December 7, 2026, for a 13‑week travel assignment. The role is in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, requiring a dedicated and motivated OT to provide high‑quality occupational therapy services, develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation in Cerner, and support patient independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and needs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner systems.
• Support patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering independence and improving quality of life.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• All applicants must provide proof of license at the time of submission if the license is pending.
• Must be able to adhere to request time off (RTO) policies as approved at the time of submission.
