About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting July 27, 2026, in Walla Walla, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in an acute care setting
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Acute care experience is a hard stop requirement
- Inpatient Rehab experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Self-driven and hardworking personality
- Works well with team members
- Washington State License in hand
Qualifications
- Current license to practice in Washington State
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Ability to adapt to various healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
