Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress using Redoc software
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
