About the role
Travel Occupational Therapist position available at Providence Swedish Rehab Hospital in Lynnwood, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in an acute care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- ACOTE accreditation.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
