Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,356 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, located in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in North Dakota.
• At least two years of recent, relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using occupational therapy software.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
