About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for licensure in South Dakota.
- Pass a background check.

- Proficient in providing rehabilitation therapy services.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,350.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
