Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,350 per week

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of an occupational therapy educational program approved by the appropriate governing board
• Current occupational therapy license from the State of Arizona
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Ability to become proficient with computer software applications used in automated patient care environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional related education and/or experience preferred

Additional Information

• This position involves direct patient care in a hospital setting
• Requires physical agility, adequate hearing and visual acuity, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Involves documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and participation in department process improvements
• May include delegation and supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, as well as training and orientation duties
