About the role
A travel Home Health Occupational Therapist position is available in Pueblo, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience in home health or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel to various locations within the state of Colorado.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
