Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Seattle, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- WA Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $2,287.96 - $2,358.72 / week
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day 5x8 - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
