About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Silver Spring, Maryland. This full-time, on-site position offers day shifts of 8 hours, up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Maryland Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay
$2,287.96 - $2,358.72 per week
