About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Treatment planning and implementation for patients in outpatient and home health settings
- Assessment and evaluation of patient needs
- Documentation using Cerner EMR
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Active Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)
Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient and home health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
