Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Deer Lodge, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Montana.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Be available to start on 08/03/2026.

Benefits
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
