Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist – OTR/L position available for a travel assignment in Morton, Illinois.

About the role

We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel contract in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment.
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
• Teach patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities.
• Study, evaluate, and record patients' activities and progress.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
