About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting September 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF/LTC settings.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,280.00
Schedule
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
