About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Spokane Valley, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Washington.
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
  • At least one year of recent, relevant work experience in occupational therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.
  • Experience with various therapeutic interventions and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as necessary.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
