Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
- Assess patients’ conditions and progress regularly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Licensure and certification in accordance with state and national standards
Schedule
12‑hour shifts, days; 36 guaranteed hours per week.
