Job Summary

The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) specialized in inpatient care to support an 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) in a Missouri healthcare setting. This position involves providing direct patient care within a fast-paced hospital environment. The role is scheduled for daytime shifts, and the successful candidate will contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement.

Job Details

• Location: 5325 Faraon Street, Entrance 1, St. Joseph, Missouri, 64506
• Position: Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) on the Acute Rehabilitation Unit
• Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state
• At least 1 year of experience as an OT
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitative setting

Additional Information

• Assignment details: 13-week temporary assignment starting August 3, 2026. Hospital shared staffing with potential to float to other units as needed.
• Uniform requirement: Scrub dress code in solid colors matching top and bottom or solid top with black bottoms.
• Parking: Employee parking available in garage or front lots behind the blue line.
• No prior employment with the organization required.

Pay Package
