About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a position in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Utah.
- At least one year of recent full-time professional experience in occupational therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the national certification exam.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using OT assessment tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of community resources and services relevant to occupational therapy.
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the diverse needs of patients.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
