Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,233 per week
About the role
The Travel Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality patient care in both Level I and Level III Trauma hospital settings. This role requires multidimensional acute care knowledge and the ability to float between different facilities when necessary. Candidates must possess the ability to adapt quickly to varying patient needs and clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Carry out evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Document treatment progress and patient outcomes in accordance with facility protocols.
- Adhere to compliance regulations and best practices in patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
- Active Arizona state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
- Current Life Support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
- No violations on state license to practice.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
- Driver's License for residency verification.

Schedule
This position involves shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential variability including weekends. Candidates should be flexible with shift assignments as the schedule may include five days a week, with opportunities for weekend work.
Pay
The Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
