Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Licensure

Pay

$2,186.55 - $2,254.18 per week

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 8 hours per day
