About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in High Point, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy License.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care settings preferred.
- BLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,220.00
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 35 Hours/Week
