Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCC.
- CURRENT Occupational Therapy license from the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire and must be maintained for the duration of employment.
