Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,208 per week

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 20, 2026 in Kapaa, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, home health, and assisted living.
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures.
• Document patient progress and outcomes using Cerner EMR.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapy License or ability to obtain one as soon as possible.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Preferred

• Experience working in multiple healthcare settings.
• Ability to work weekends.

Pay & Benefits

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, 401k retirement plan, life insurance, sick pay, and holiday pay.
