About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Reno, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Nevada
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- ACOTE accreditation
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours per day, 5 days per week.
