Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,175 per week
Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia.
About the role
A great SNF / LTC facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. This is a 13-week contract position with a days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
