Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,175 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Farmington, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• At least 1 year full-time RN experience within the last 2 years.

Pay

The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, start date ASAP.
