About the role
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining OT licensure in New Jersey to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC). This is a contract travel position with a 5x8‑day schedule. The role involves incorporating the organization's vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility and accountability for aligning personal performance with Centra Healthcare's vision, values, mission, and critical goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- SNF/LTC experience required.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain NJ licensure).
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or pending licensure) with SNF/LTC background and at least one year of recent OT experience.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
