About the role
We are seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and developing treatment plans for patients
- Providing occupational therapy to improve patients' functional independence
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate care
Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule
Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule, with a guaranteed 35 hours per week
Target productivity of 85-90%
