Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,114 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 19-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, located in Middletown, Rhode Island. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
• At least 2 years of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
