About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Middletown, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients for rehabilitation services
- Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Achieve and evaluate care plans for each occupational therapy patient
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school
- Held a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and passed the NBCOT exam
- Minimum one year of professional working experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in the process of obtaining one
- Current CPR certification

Based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
