About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of SNF standards and regulations.
